On Monday July 20 th at approximately 2:00pm Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to Mansford Road and Mansford Bridge. Upon arrival, Sheriff’s Office Investigators discovered the body of Mr. Charles A. Heeley (868 Big Bean Hollow Rd. Moore Co. Tn.) in the water below Mansford Bridge. With all evidence that was obtained it appears that Mr. Heeley jumped from the bridge into the water and drowned. There is an ongoing investigation into this matter and any further developments will be investigated.
