A Franklin County woman is being sought by authorities after a missing person(s) report was filed by her husband. Tonya P. Miller of 283 Hooper Rd. Winchester, Tn. was reported missing by her husband Adam D. Miller on Thursday February the 3rd at approximately 2:05pm. According to a report filed by Mr. Miller he has had no contact with Mrs. Miller since Friday January the 21st. Mrs. Miller reportedly suffers from depression and bi-polar disorder and it is imperative that she receives her medication. Mrs. Miller is a white female, 35 years of age with brown hair and is possibly traveling in a 2003 green Ford Taurus license tag number 075WTG.
