   The mission of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is to protect and to serve the citizens of Franklin County by providing vigorous, ethical, and efficient law enforcement.

     I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the citizens of Franklin County for the trust you have placed in me by allowing me to serve as your Sheriff for the past six years. The responsibilities that accompany the job of Sheriff and the management of this office can be demanding and at times exhausting but I have thoroughly enjoyed the last six years and look forward to continuing to serve the people of Franklin County to the very best of my ability. It is my commitment to the citizens that, I along with all employees of the Sheriff’s Office, will strive to provide the most professional and effective law enforcement services possible.
